The Inaugural All-Island Cancer Summit

The Inaugural All-Island Cancer Summit

Working better together for more effective, efficient, and equitable cancer research and care in collaboration with the Business Post.

Cancer is now the leading cause of death across the island of Ireland, placing immense pressure on healthcare systems, economies, and communities. By 2040, global cancer cases are expected to nearly double to 30 million per year, yet up to 60% of cancers may be preventable through early detection and prevention strategies.

To drive change, The Business Post, in partnership with the All-Island Cancer Research Institute (AICRI), is convening experts, policymakers, researchers, industry leaders, and patient advocates for The Inaugural All-Island Cancer Summit. This one-day event will explore the future of cancer research and care across the island of Ireland, focusing on policy developments, clinical trials, innovative treatments, and the transformative role of data and technology.
